AORE LASER Brings Tube Cutting, Welding and Automation to CIIF 2026
2026-10-23
AORE LASER has concluded its participation in the China International Industry Fair (CIIF) 2026, held from October 12 to 16 at the National Exhibition and Convention Center in Shanghai, China. At Booth 2.1H-B008, the company showcased a range of metal fabrication solutions, including high-precision tube laser cutting machines, heavy-duty pipe cutting equipment, robotic laser welding systems, and automated sheet metal handling solutions.
The exhibition highlighted AORE LASER's approach to helping manufacturers address practical production challenges, from processing complex metal profiles and heavy-duty pipes to improving welding consistency and streamlining sheet metal handling workflows.

Tube Laser Cutting Solutions for Different Production Needs
Tube laser cutting has become an important option for manufacturers processing pipes, structural profiles, and other metal components. Depending on workpiece dimensions, wall thickness, production volume, and part geometry, different applications require different machine configurations.
At CIIF 2026, AORE LASER featured two tube laser cutting solutions designed for different processing requirements: the V24 High-Precision Tube Laser Cutting Machine and the M52 Heavy-Duty Three-Chuck Laser Pipe Cutting Machine.
V24 High-Precision Tube Laser Cutting Machine
The V24 is designed for high-speed processing of round, square, and rectangular tubes, as well as compatible open profiles such as C-, U-, and L-shaped channels.
Its fully enclosed protective structure and integrated dust and fume extraction system support a more controlled processing environment. The pneumatic chuck system with automatic centering helps position and clamp workpieces, while the machine's cutting configuration is designed to reduce residual material.
M52 Heavy-Duty Three-Chuck Laser Pipe Cutting Machine
For applications involving large-diameter pipes, thick-walled tubes, and heavy steel profiles, the M52 is designed to provide the support and stability required for heavy-duty processing.
Its three-chuck clamping configuration helps support longer workpieces during cutting, while its zero-tailing cutting capability is designed to improve material utilization. The heavy-duty welded machine bed is engineered for stability when processing demanding industrial pipe applications.

Automated Sheet Metal Cutting and Material Handling
AORE LASER also featured an integrated solution combining the PU Series Metal Laser Cutter with the Store C Automated Storage System.
The PU Series provides fully enclosed sheet metal laser cutting, while the Store C system supports automated sheet storage and material loading and unloading. By coordinating cutting equipment with automated material handling, the integrated setup is designed to reduce manual handling and minimize loading-related downtime.
For manufacturers looking to improve material flow and organize sheet metal production more efficiently, integrating cutting and storage equipment can be an important step toward a more automated workflow.
Robotic Laser Welding for Consistent Metal Fabrication
In addition to cutting equipment, AORE LASER presented the A-W7 Robotic Laser Welding Workstation, designed to support repeatable welding operations and automated production workflows.
The workstation integrates robotic operation with multi-angle continuous welding capabilities for complex metal parts. Laser welding's concentrated heat input can help limit thermal distortion when the process is appropriately configured for the material and joint design.
The A-W7 expands AORE LASER's metal processing offering beyond cutting, addressing another important stage in the production of fabricated metal components.
